This paper was a little different than what I normally write about. I wrote it to express my own experiences, and wanted to welcome others to share ideas. I also found that some things were difficult to articulate in prose form, so I attached a list of examples, almost as a “workshop” exercise in which people could engage.

To be completely honest, this is a massive topic that cannot be covered in a lifetime, let alone a two hour discussion, so perhaps I will be writing more on this in the future.
